My name is Oliver Müller. I am from Dortmund/ Germany. Currently I am International Business at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts. This is a program together with ESIC Marketing and Business School in Valenica/ Spain. Before my University career I worked in a bank here in Germany.
I am looking forward to participate in the International Project Week 2009. I think the International Project Week is perfect to communicate with students/people from all over the world.
During the International Project Week I hope to gain new experiences in project management. I think all together we can learn a lot from each other. I will participate with lots of enthusiasm and hope that all our guests from abroad will feel good here in Germany.
Suggestions of my paticipation in International Project Week 2009
For me the International Project Week was very interesting. I could have an insight in other cultures because of the participants from many different countries. I was in the "Project Management" group and learned a lot about how the organize and execute a project. I think this fact will be very helpful for my working time after my university career. Especially the contributions of the lectures from other countries had been very informative. For me the interactive parts like building a paper tower and the working groups for case studies and creating presentations had been very important because I recon that the application of the learned material helps for a better understanding.
All in all I can only recommend this International Project Week and hope it will exist in the future, that other students can also take part in it.
